Are you referring to AMOS 7.0 once upon a time available from SPSS (now from IBM) http://www-03.ibm.com/software/products/en/spss-amos or something else?

Download AMOS for free. AMOS is a collection of tools for genome assembly. AMOS is a collection of tools and class interfaces for the assembly of DNA reads. The package includes a robust infrastructure, modular assembly pipelines, and tools for overlapping, consensus generation, contigging, and assembly manipulation.

That is going to be tricky. It appears that the last time it was available was in 2010/2011 time frame. There are sites that purport to have AMOS download available but you should be wary of downloading from a non-official source.
Perhaps you can use the trial download: http://www14.software.ibm.com/downlo...A25118V85.html
