Our Nextseq500 machine has unfortunately broken down (XY platform errors). According to the field engineer, we may need to replace the mainboard and the imaging module. However, the price quoted by the vendor here (Illumina does not have a presence here) is exorbitantly high. I wonder if we can source the parts somewhere else? Thanks.

USD31K for a refurbished imaging module or USD139K for a new one.
