Hi.
I'm working on a raw data file from Helicos, but lack some information about the format.. I have found what i believe is the quality score, the 'Nscore', however I can not seem to relate it to any quality scores i know of (Sanger, Solexa or Illumina 1.3+). I was told that the quality should be rather high for most of the samples, however the max value seems to be 5.
Does anyone know what this 'Nscore' represents or how it perhaps can be converted to another score?
Best,
