Cool Want to BETA Test a new RNA-seq tool?

Hello,

I'm planning a closed BETA of an omics data analysis software. It's a great opportunity to help shape a new, user-friendly software that will improve the way omics data analysis is performed. The requirements for participating in the closed Beta are:
  • Owning RNA-Seq data in fastq or fastq.gz format sequenced from Illumina machines (we support both single-end and paired-end, as well as multiplexed and demultiplexed fastq files)
  • The source organism need to be either E. coli MG1655, A. thaliana, or H. sapiens

Tests will run for approximately for two weeks in February and there will be rewards for successful contribution to the BETA tests.

Please don't hesitate to contact me for any questions you might have.
