Default ATAC-seq with 2x150

Hi I'm wondering if anyone has experience of sequencing ATAC-seq libraries with HiSeq4000 2x150? Will this sequencing length cause any small fragments (first peak around 180bp) to not sequenced properly? Thank you!

We've sequence 2x150 ATAC-seq libraries on a NovaSeq 6000. If the insert is too short then, the read will continue into the adapter on the other side and after that you will just get very low quality sequence. Both of which can be removed by trimming.
