Hey!
So i want to run GATK tools on y data which i've aligned to hg19 and i need the dbsnp rod file for hg19 (i believe it's dbsnp_132_hg19.rod right?) but i can't find it anywhere
the resource bundle i got from the broad ftp has the files for hg18, b36 and b37 but not for hg19. can anyone help me out here?
i HAVE seen a previous post on seqanswers on this topic and the answer said we can build our own rod file and linked to a page in the old GATK wiki (which we all know isn't used anymore and just redirects us to the new page) and the new page doesn't have anything on this.
