Hi all,
Copy number analysis of whole genome samples(mutated embryonic stem cells) is showing aneuploidy in X chromosome.
The log2 relative copy number is around 0.2. Would it be considered significant? Has any one seen such observation before?Any help would be appreciated.
Regards
