    RepeatMasker v4.0.5 no output created

    I am running RepeatMasker v4.0.5

    the command line is :

    RepeatMasker -lib my_own_lib.fasta -dir output_directory output_name


    This command runs fine on two of my datasets (trimmed repeats) but fails on the untrimmed repeats.

    The only error I get is

    cannot read file output_name in output_directory

    Anyone had similar issues? any suggestions?
