TruSight One - Hiseq Loading Concentration
Hello,
I had a quick look through the pre-existing threads but couldn't find an answer so forgive me if it's already been answered!
I'm going to be loading a TruSight One library on the Hiseq 2500 but the protocol doesn't tell me the pM concentration to load
I could just try 12pM and adjust it according to the result but I'd like to avoid too much trial and error (mainly due to £££!)
Has anybody successfully run this library on the Hiseq & would you mind telling me the concentration of library you've been running and the cluster density you obtained?
