STAR-Fusion with single-end reads?

Hi,

I have run STAR-Fusion successfully before, but never with single end reads. I have a new data set that I am trying to run it with and the error I get is:
STAR-Fusion --genome_lib_dir /mnt/users/dgavino/genomefromfusion/GRCh38_gencode_v23_CTAT_lib/ \
-J plasmaChimeric.out.junction \
--output_dir star_fusion_outdir

died with ret 65280 at /opt/STAR-Fusion/PerlLib/Pipeliner.pm line 79.
Pipeliner::run(Pipeliner=HASH(0x204ecf8)) called at /usr/local/bin/STAR-Fusion line 259

Anybody knows what that means? Did I do something wrong or is it bc of the single-end reads?
