Default RefSeq for build 36

Does anyone know where I could find either CCDS or RefSeq for build 36 that contains the start and stop site of each exon? the ftp on the NCBI sites appear to only have this data for build 37. Many thanks in advance.

You can find that at UCSC GB. A simple way to get is go to Tables then choose group = Genes and gene prediction track; track = refseq genes. You can also send the output to Galaxy for further analyzes.
Hope this helps.
