Default EdgeR cannot fit a dispersion estimate trininty-RSEM-EdgeR

Hi everyone,

I have some RNA-Seq data of 22 biological samples. I used RSEM after building a trinity assembly and now I am playing with EdgeR.

I cannot obtain a good dispersion trend:

and the Quasi Likelihood one:

This is even after removal of any row with CPM<1 or any row with coefficient of variant above 1. Actually those kind of filtering don't help me. From these estimates I do not find a single with significant Differnetial expression.
