At ECCB 2014 in Strasbourg, on 7 September, we will host a workshop on

Analysis of Differential Isoform Usage by RNA-seq:
Statistical Methodologies and Open Software

The idea is to bring together developers and users of methods for RNA-Seq analysis, with a focus on quantifying and comparing transcript isoform usage.
