Thank you for using miRPara.
The new miRPara (version 6.1) is released. The major updates includes
1) replacing Algorithm::SVM with libsvm. Algorithm::SVM has not been updated since 2008 and it is buggy with the newest linux kernel.
2) multi-core support.
Please note that the new models have to be used in miRPara 6.0 or above. The models trained for Algorithm::SVM do not compatible with libsvm. New models are available to download from our website.
