  • Plot of Frequencies - Different Colors

    Hello,

    I'm a PHD studente in Bioinformatics.
    I don't know if it's the good place to ask about this, but I'am sure that someone from you has some idea about it.
    I want to creat a plot of frecuencies so that each frequencie must represented with a differente color.

    the disposition of the table is like that:

    ----1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 ......

    1---0 0 2 6 0 0 8 3 0 0
    2---0 0 0 6 0 0 8 0 0 1
    3---0 1 2 6 0 0 0 3 0 2

    This is not really the place you want to be asking this question, as this is a general programming question. If you decide what programming language you want to code in, then go to the pertinent mailing list.

      I agree with Graham. Closing.

      But an easy answer is found in the ggplot2 package of R: http://had.co.nz/ggplot2/geom_tile.html
