Catalog of all publicly available CGI genomes

Hello everyone,

I would like to catalog all available CGI-sequenced whole genomes and exomes in order to see if I can pull together some ethnically matched controls.

I know of only 2 publicly available sources:

1. CGI 69 Public Genomes http://www.completegenomics.com/public-data/
2. PGP genomes https://my.personalgenomes.org/public_genetic_data
3. CEPH does not appear to have any CGI-sequenced genomes http://www.cephb.fr/en/crb/

I would love to know if anyone knows of any more publicly available CGI-sequenced genomes that could be used...I will also be calling CGI themselves with the same question.

I am aware of the thread from 2012 but it does not appear to address my specific question.
