Hi guys,
i have a couple of questions. I searched the forum but did not find any info about that.
So here it goes.
Someone ever used the Rutgers filters for SOLID PE data? I've read it supports mate-pairs but no word for paired end. And if it does not support, which is my impression, do you know any other software which can do that? Trimming of the F3 and F5 reads or removing some reads and etc..
Or should i create my own program which does that as i wish. That will be the best option but will take lots of time.
