Dear colleagues,
this is to announce our forthcoming workshop on Plant and Pollen Metabarcoding in Würzburg, Germany. The whole event is split up into three parts due to their different space limitations:
- Laboratory Hands-on Session: 9-10. May 2016, max. 10 attendees
- Bioinformatics Hands-on Session: 11-12. May 2016, max. 15 attendees
- Mini-Symposium: 13. May 2016, max. 30 attendees
Application is now open and closes on 31. January 2016.
Very good news is that we were able to acquire funding by the DAAD (German academic exchange service and federal foreign office) to cover most of the expenses for student (BSc/MSc/PhD) attendees from abroad. You will find more details on each of the parts, scholarships and the application procedure here:
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. I will appreciate if you forward this information to any other colleagues that may be interested.
Best regards and I hope to see many of you or your students then,
Alexander Keller
