Default GATK depthofcoverage

Hi guys,

I tried depthofcoverage, on my aligned bam file. I got sample_cumulative_coverage_proportions

Does anyknow know how to interpret this file?

Based on their wiki:

this is probably:

"A matrix of proportions of the number of bases that were covered to at least X depth, in at least Y groups (e.g. proportion of loci with ≥18x coverage for ≥15 libraries)"

with samples in place of libraries, in your case. Also, they have a help forum too:
