Default retrieve all mRNA sequences for Drosophila

Hi,

where can I retrieve the reference annotation (with ID) for D. melanogaster?

I assembled my RNA reads using Cufflinks, but now I need to perform tblastx of my RNA seq assembled data vs reference RNA transcripts in order to find the isoforms tag. For now, I downloaded whole invertebrate dataset from: ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/refseq/release/invertebrate/

Is there a better way to do that? Thanks in advance.
