Are there any new alternatives out there for size selection other than the Pippin prep? I saw some older posts on the LabChip XT but don't know if that is even manufactured at this point. I also saw some on the E-gel; it didn't look like it was useful for libraries. Information on any recent worthy alternatives that should be considered would be appreciated (100 - 750 bp range).

Also, has anyone used the SageElf? It fractionates the entire DNA smear into separate tubes by rotating the electrical field 90 degrees.

We will also be showcasing a lower-throughput option that can integrate with robotic platforms or be used by a technician as SLAS in Washington DC. Please message me if you would like more details.
