Can anyone help me to get a pipeline for analyzing Agilent ChIP-chip data analysis using R package for bacteria. I used Ringo but there is problem in following command.
>pA <- extractProbeAnno(RG, "agilent", genome="mouse", + microarray="Agilent Tiling Chr17") What changes should be made in files so it extractProbeAnno can read for bacteria. |
