Default Help looking to outsource bioinformatics

Hi all,
We are planing to implement a small clinical genomic lab inside a clinic, and we are looking to outsource the bioinformatic. We were contacted by a vendor from a company in Switzerland callled Sophia Genetics (http://www.sophiagenetics.com/home.html). I would appreciate a lot your feedback, and possible alternatives like Gene Pool (http://www.stationxinc.com/#introducing-genepool), Omicia (http://www.omicia.com/) or others you probably know.
Thanks in advance

We can't comment specifically on these bioinformatics providers, but feel free to check out our extensive list of providers on AllSeq's Sequencing Marketplace. You can contact them directly or post your project on the Marketplace to get quotes from several at once. (We'd recommend using the "Other" project type.) Good luck!
