    New Bioinformatician

    Hello SEQanswers community. I've got a little experience working with the Ion Torrent PGM, but at the moment I'm working on a project constructing linkage maps using markers. My first question is where can I find marker data? I was told this information was typically uploaded to a public database before a paper may be published, but I have had no luck finding such a database!

    Please help!
