So I'm hoping someone might be able to help me in solving a question I'm trying to answer.
Given that you have allele frequencies and linkage disequilibrium coefficients for all SNPs in a certain region of the human genome.
If I do a genome re-sequencing and find that this individual has a certain sequence . How would I go about calculating the frequency of the world-wide (or sub-) population that also has this specific sequence.
Any help would be great!
