    Need help with Ion 318 Chip loading issue

    Hello everyone!
    I am new with NGS technology having some issues with chip loading.
    Ion PGM 318 CHIP loading efficiency is drastically changing from 70% to low 20% and today it just dropped to 2%. Any suggestion on how to improve the efficiency?

    What method are you using to load it? What library prep kit are you using?

      Hi,
      If you could show a run report, that'd help troubleshooting too.
