Annotate allele frequencies in a vcf file

Hi everyone,

I want to make you a question although maybe it is really simple and easy:
I'm working with exome sequencing. How do I annotate the 1k genomes allele frequencies for the different populations (AFR, EUR, ...) in my vcf file?
I use GATK and I suppose it is done in one of the steps but I'm unable to find where or when. Could you please help me? I'm pretty desperate here
