Default Ampure XP automation

We are trying to adapt the ampure xp protocol into an automated library prep system but we're having a few problems over the volumes. We are using NEBNext fragmentase kits to fragment the DNA and the NEBNext DNA sample prep mastermix set 1 to make our libraries, any advice would be gratefully appreciated - Thanks...
