You're invited to our workshop, Wednesday evening, Oct. 12th from 6:15 pm - 8:00 pm at the ICHG/ASHG 2011 Annual Meeting in Montreal.
Dr. Morris Jones from Pacific Union College will demonstrate how DNASTAR’s SeqMan NGen and Lasergene software “improved efficiency exponentially” for the process used to assemble and analyze whole genomes.
In addition, Matthew Keyser will demonstrate DNASTAR’s capabilities related to a broad range of next-gen sequence assembly and analysis projects, including targeted resequencing, statistically based SNP calling, and assembly and analysis of multiplexed samples, for example in a GWAS study.
