We have used 8 bp xGen Universal Blockers - TS Mix from IDT for 8 bp indexed adapters from IDT. We are now switching to 10 bp indexed adapters but have a large amount of 8 bp blockers left (expensive) - are they fine or not fine to use with the 10 bp adapters? Any recommendations or thoughts on this? Should we buy the xGen blockers for 10 bp to keep on-target rates?
