Lightbulb NGS 'how-tos' in the wiki

Following the suggestion by uads, I've set up some pages on the wiki where we can start adding 'how-tos' for various common 'NGS' pipelines, i.e.

* de novo assembly
* read mapping
* scaffolding (stand alone)
* SNP calling

The 'how-to' hub is here:

Thanks dan. Shall we keep it brief and point them to references or shall we write up something? How deep will we go?

In fact I find the wikipedia page quite informative. e.g.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...nment_software

Let's look at Short-Read Sequence Alignment alone. What we need to do is to add more technical details
