Default Directly compare microarray expression and RNA-Seq data?

I am trying to compare RNA-Seq expression RPKM values to microarray expression data (Affymetrix). Is this possible based on the two different normalized output values for each platform (RPKM vs. intensity)? Converting both to log2/10 scales may help but I'm not sure if this alone is sufficient to directly compare the datasets? Any help would be appreciated.
