Default basecalling/demultiplexing NxtSeq runs under Windows

Hi everybody,

it will take some additional weeks before we get our linux there a possibility to do basecalling/demultiplexing of our NxtSeq run on a Windows machine if you don't want to use Cygwin for that single purpose?

AFAIK bcl2fastq v.2.18 is only available for linux. Rather than cygwin you could use a virtual machine with unix.

If you are able to use BaseSpace then that may be an option (though I don't have first hand experience with it).
