Default Mapping RNA seq using CLC Genomics WOrkbench


Anyone here use CLC Genomics Workbench to mapping RNA seq?
If yes, how reliable of the alignment?

its pretty good and pretty fast;
Only maps exon and exon boundary regions of ref though - (no report of mappings to anything else)
