Hi all,
We are planning to submit our microRNA samples that we isolated from biofluids (serum and urine).
We use column-based isolation methods (e.g. mirVana PARIS) and we usually elude our samples in 50ul of RNase-free water; however, the requirement for sample submission (10-15 ng of microRNA in 5 ul) is way concentrated than our samples.
I was wondering how can we concentrate our microRNA samples? Does anybody have any experience with the vacuum method?
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!
