MiSeq run unsuccessful
Has anyone seen the following error message on a MiSeq?
 “Y Motor: Closed-loop move cannot reach target position ExceptionMessage = The FPGA reported an error while executing command “YMVTO 122304”; error message: “ERROR: too many steps needed” Last edited by NewbtoNGS; 08-01-2020 at 11:00 AM. |

You need to contact Illumina tech support. They can take a remote look at your machine otherwise ask for some files. Sounds like an hardware issue.
