DWGSIM: whole genome NGS simulator
The first release of the DNAA whole genome simulator (dwgsim) can be found at: http://dnaa.sourceforge.net/
This release removes the whole genome simulator from DNAA into its own separate project and repository. This release also includes support for incorporating dwgsim and dwgsim_eval into Galaxy. Thanks to Joachim Jacob for spurring this on.
