Dear colleagues,
I'm new in the forum and just begining to work with 454 FLX Titanium. Data processing seems to be complicated for me. Now, I need some help about function annotation. After doing the assemble and getting contigs, is there a software what i should use to do function annotation in GO? Or should i do it contig by contig? I'd be very thankful if anyone could help me. |
