I like many of the suggestions so far and would add these as well...
http://www.politigenomics.com - nice post on Breast Cancer http://zorrosgenome.wordpress.com - just how much does an Illumina cost to run? nextgenseq.blogspot.com http://hpcinfo.com/ - high performance computing, we all need one of those! |

Hmmm...Their RSS feeds could be good fodder for Newsbot.
![]() Maybe we need an NGS blog network? |

a blog network sounds fun.
I just use google reader for simplicity and igoogle. I guess I can publish my reader rss feeds if anyone is interested.

If you are asked to pick the best blog from all these choices, what would it be?
Thanks |

I've started a blog. It will be my perspective on biology. My perspective being a wet lab guy that has mostly studied epigenetics, chromatin structure, transcriptional regulation and how these things effect biological pathways. And of course I'll be posting on how NGS has finally made bioinformatics cool.
http://ethanomics.wordpress.com/ BTW, great list. Reading blogs is great. |
