Local Blast Error of index file
I am using an older version of Blast i.e blast 2.2.3. I have downloaded swissprot protein database for it. Using blastall commant like
blastall -p blastp -d swissprot -i query.txt -o out.blast I am receiving error of could not find index file for database swissprot database. Can any noe help me in removing this error Regards, Shani |
