Maq output: assemble.log file contains what?
I'm trying to figure out what the numbers in this file represent, in particular the table that starts like this:
CC qual cover cover_sum hom hom_sum het het_sum CC S1 99 1182088 1182088 401 401 87 87 S1 98 1615 1183703 0 401 2 89 the maq manual says this file provides coverage information, but doesn't describe the contents beyond that. |
