Any suggestion for Chip-Seq analysis?

Hi! All,

I'm a newbie for Chip-Seq analysis.
As you guys already know, there are a bunch of software to analyze Chip-Seq data, but I don't know which software is the best up to now. I did some literature search and find "QESEQ" is warranted.

Any other suggestion?
