Thumbs up Complete Genomics

Hi,

I'm Dione, the product manager for Complete Genomics.

I will be following these posts to answer any questions you have about our company, data, or product offering(s).

As you may know, we recently published a paper in Science (R. Drmanac, et. al. Science, 5 November 2009 (10.1126/science.1181498)) and you can also find a summary and sample data set on our website at:
http://www.completegenomics.com/data...e/default.aspx

Stay tuned for more to come from Complete Genomics...

Hi Dione,
I am Dushyant from Xcelris Labs. I am excited to know that your company Complete Genomics is developing an innovative and very economical sequencing technology. How do you compare Complete Genomics Sequencing technology with Sequencing by Ligation and sequencing by synthesis.
Our company has ABI SOLiD V 3 and Roch 454 and we would be interested to procure your instruments too.
Let us know if you have any plans of collaboration with any Indian Genomics Company. We can partner with Complete Genomics and promote the CG Seq services.
Waiting for a positive reply,
Dushyant Singh

Hi Dushyant,

Complete Genomics does not sell instrumentation for genome sequencing. We provide a commercial scale genome sequencing center using our proprietary third-generation sequencing technology. You can find more information on technology in our white paper: http://www.completegenomics.com/page...ologyPaper.pdf and in our recent Science publication: http://www.sciencemag.org/cgi/conten...ref&siteid=sci.

Please feel free to contact us should you have any additional questions at dev-support@completegenomics.com.

Regards,
Dione
