Default Recommended read depth for low input bulk rna-seq

I'm wandering what is the sequencing depth recommended for low inupt bulk RNAseq, let's say 1000 cells.
I found on the Immgen website that they keep samples with a least 1 million mapped reads for their low input bulk RNAseq.
