My name is Bert Overduin and I am working at the European Bioinformatics Institute in Hinxton, UK. I am an Ensembl Helpdesk & Outreach officer, which means that in the course of the past years I have replied to thousands of questions from Ensembl users and traveled tens of thousands of miles to give workshops, demos and presentations on either the Ensembl browser or the Ensembl API.
