Default catalog of published WES and WGS studies

I recall coming across a site with a catalog of published whole exome and whole genome sequencing studies.... and i didn't bookmark it at the time

Is anyone familiar with such a site.

thanks in advance

Default Catalog of NGS studies

Okay, searched some more and recalled that there was an associated paper. Found the link on Pubmed:

http://bioinfo.mc.vanderbilt.edu/NGS/index.html

and the corresponding paper abstract can be found at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22517761

And by the way, it covers only human NGS sequencing studies.

Hope this helps more than just me!

Cheers,
Anoop
