Hi,
Knome works with Solexa/ILMN and CGI sequence data, using Agilent (38M and 50M, accounting for most of our current exome work) and Nimblegen (34M and 44M) exome kits. By custom arrangement, we can also work with data from other platforms. Our engine funnels all relevant raw data into a single pipeline for variant-calling, annotation, and comparative analysis.
