Hi, I wonder when I do tophat mapping for library generated by epicenture Scriptseq kit, which "library type" option should I use? Should it be" fr-unstranded"? From the protocol description, looks like the reads from primer 1 is sense and the reads from primer 2 is antisense.Thanks!
