how to generate a map from the 454 data?

Hello,
I need to generate a map which will show the data from the sequencing : which regions were sequenced and which are not covered , to show the snp's on the map, etc, Is there sudh an option? or a software that does it? ( I have the sequencing data and the reference genome).
