Dear SEQanswers forum,
I am reading numerous topics on this portal since few months now, but never started any topic myself (or contributed to already existing ones). Since I ran into some analysis problems recently, I decided to start writing myself, hence this introduction here.
I am Polish, working as a PhD student in Berlin/Germany. I am working on a project related to molecular cardiology and alternative splicing. My main (and so far only) model organism is everyone's favorite mouse.
I have background in molecular biology, biotech, molecular medicine and programming so I guess that employing high-throughput methods in medicine-related projects is my thing. I decided to give DEXSeq a try recently, I like the exon-centric approach it offers.
That's it, no life story as promised. Have a good day everyone
